Sumner Mental Health Center has an opening for a Peer Support Worker to support and promote resources to adult consumers in the community. Applicant must be a current or former consumer of mental health services; 21 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED; valid Driver’s License, motor vehicle insurance, and able to pass background checks. This is a part-time position for a self-starter with good communication skills for interacting one-on-one or in a group setting with consumers. Requires sufficient writing skills to document services in an electronic medical record computer program.
